PWD Rate Schedule 2022 can be downloaded here. On 2023 4 major item rates are also revised as per the direction of Ministry of Finance. This rate of schedule is used for making estimation of Construction work of any Construction works of government, Semi-Government or autonomous body. This schedule is also useful for determine the property value. For approval of any house loan from any Bank or financial institute this PWD Rate Schedule 2022 is the basis to determine the value of Construction. If anybody show his property or apartment in his Income Tax Return then the value of that property will also consider on the basis of PWD schedule of Rates 2022 by the Income Tax Office.
