As an Architect with Interior Design expertise at Cubeinside, you will play a pivotal role in our design process. Your experience will be valued in various stages of projects, from conceptualization to construction.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Collaborating with project teams to develop and refine design concepts that align with project requirements and goals.
• Preparing detailed drawings and specifications using industry-standard software.
• Preparing estimation and BOQ with proper specification and material detail.
• Conducting site visits to monitor project progress and creating a clear communication with the builders.
• Assisting in project coordination and communication with clients and contractors.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
• A bachelor degree in Architecture from a reputable institution.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with firm knowledge in interior design and project management, material and details.
• A comprehensive knowledge in sourcing of contemporary interior materials and other elements.
• Instantaneous decision making ability to solve problems in complex site conditions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Excel. Candidate having fluency in rendering software will be considered with pre-eminence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with client and contractors.
